Numerous crimes occurred when I served in the United States Navy aboard the U.S.S Kitty Hawk. I endured torture and attempted murder at the hands of violent criminals who were fellow service members. Criminals who engaged in forced prostitution, multiple gang rapes, and many subsequent crimes to cover up their violent acts. The multiple incidences of cover up were aided and abetted by others not directly involved in the violent sex crimes, but they were more than willing to cover up the acts for their own perceived gain. Many in the chain of command at the time were fully aware of these cruel and unusual crimes while willfully doing nothing about them, they are still aware as they continue to cover up theses crimes and protect themselves.
I witnessed and was victimized by entrenched military corruption that sanctioned rape and chose to do nothing about my torture that ended in my attempted murder. Military gang rapists engage in a series of cruel and usual acts of forced prostitution on a female service member with violent forms of coercion utilizing an authority hoax inspired by the McDonald’s strip search phone call scam and likely the Japanese Super Free club rape scandal. A female service member targeted in part due to her dishonest and immoral nature. She would herself engage in many crimes to cover-up and protect the criminals who raped her repeatedly, so she could benefit from concealing her own criminal acts. She would also personally witness my torture and attempted murder at the hands of her fellow criminals who forced her into violent prostitution. Criminals who tortured and tried to murder me in part to retrieve my cell phone with evidence on it that I intended to use to expose their crimes. A cell phone the rapists used along with lies to lure the female service member into a location and condition of violent coercion with an authority hoax to force sexual activity in order to rape her repeatedly. After the violation of the rights of movement of the victim through authority hoax coercion, literal bondage in the form of a strapped bar forcing her legs apart, collective violence, and the threat of more violence the rapists would go on to continue the commercial exploitation of the forced prostitution. Exploitation in the form of rape trophy videos that they would share throughout the ship to profit from the adoration and approval of others. I would also be willfully denied medical attention by the chain of command after my attempted murder. An attempted murder that was the result of the final act of torture involving crushing my heart from under my rib-cage till my heart stopped. I would be resuscitated, my heart restarted by the rape victim with C.P.R to save herself from any incrimination for her crimes. She and her fellow criminals would continue to leave me in a state of catatonic shock and denied medical attention to avoid exposing themselves as the chain of command aided in the cover-up. My commanding officer would watch a gang rape trophy video standing over my catatonic body after an attempted murder declaring that the rapes weren’t really rapes then look down on my body and say to others in my chain of command “clean this shit up” then walk off. The criminals would be joined by other military officials to deny me medical attention and leave me in a state of acute stress reaction after I regained complete consciousness from the torture murder. They would use my state of acute stress reaction and post-traumatic stress with cruel enjoyment to help themselves continue to torment me as they supported one-another in criminal conspiracy. A criminal conspiracy to conceal these crimes would continue supported by various other members of the United States Navy stationed aboard the U.S.S Kitty Hawk and later N.C.I.S officers.
As far as I know I am the only one that has been willing to come forward and try to reveal these heinous crimes. Cruel and unusual crimes that were celebrated even as they were perpetrated by members of the United States Military. These series of crimes were largely constructed around the ongoing corruption surrounding sanctioned rape in the military. The many crimes surrounding my experience varied from both complex and simple. All occurred within the corrupt closed system of the United States Military. Many similar crimes are still occurring and being concealed within the United States Military.
Military officials of various ranks were fully aware of the crimes they were committing and many even found the crimes amusing. Military officials willingly concealed violent sex crimes for the perceived benefit and could do so within the closed military system they were in-charge of. When an unwilling negligent chain of command became aware of the crimes I witnessed it did everything in its power not to investigate or uphold any professed law or exhibit any human decency. The criminals who participated in these crimes in varying degrees and at varying points all benefited from their wrongdoing, and continue to benefit. They were able to benefit because of an understood unwritten law within the military at large. An unwritten law that does everything when it can to conceal crimes of a sexually violating nature within the U.S military. This unwritten law exists because of the basic understanding within the military that covering up sex crimes is agreed upon and the right thing to do. Just don’t admit to it or get caught doing it then we can’t cover it up. The unthinkable has become the norm within the closed system of the U.S. military that violates the very laws the U.S. military falsely claims to uphold. My case reflects the unaddressed often celebrated abuses of volunteer citizens that has become permissible and prevalent within a corrupt U.S. military. Using rape and the banality of evil to maintain power over victims in order to preserve their established position in American society, the U.S. military seeks to postpone the revelation of crimes that are becoming harder to conceal because of their unavoidable prevalence.
I am repeatedly ostracized and continue to suffer at varying degrees the traumatic reality of these crimes. Crimes against my very humanity permitted and continually celebrated by numerous members of the United States military and their supporters. This site is made available solely to protect the public as well as aid me in coming to terms with being a victim of sanctioned war crime within the U.S. Military and the U.S Government. Anyone who uses this information to commit a crime or to harass an offender or his or her family is subject to criminal and civil liability.
