Military Personnel’s Forced Prostitution & Rapes Led to Torture and Attempted Murder.

Mark Geary, Nathan Pinner, Ruben Ruiz, Paul Rodriguez, Jacob Young, and Elizabeth Walker were present in a space known as “key control,” an area under the XO’s p-way, aboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk. This was during a refurbishing period when a berthing ship called the A.P.L. was being used by some of the crew (the time period to be verified more precisely at another time).

I had followed Elizabeth Walker down into the key control space after being shown a series of videos involving Elizabeth’s manipulation and coercion into forced prostitution and gang-rape. After stepping into key control, I commented that the room smelled like sex. Elizabeth explained that it was because they all had sex with her in the room. This revelation increased my shock at the situation, creating disorientation and confusion for me.

Furthermore, I noticed the bondage strap-bar contraption in the center of the key control room. Elizabeth then had me watch a video on my cellphone in which the contraption was used on her to facilitate her rape. After watching the video, he gained a clearer understanding of the situation behind her being coerced into forced prostitution and rape. In the video, Elizabeth was bounded by the contraption. The bondage gear included having a bar between her legs that forced her legs to remain spread open during the rape. Then Elizabeth looked at the camera and asked, “Is this what you really want?” Timothy (Timoy) Mitchel proceeded to sodomize her while the others present laughed. Marcus then answered Elizabeth, “Yeah. Kavin loves big black cocks in girls’ asses.” There were other staged events in the video as well. Paul Rodriguez next to Elizabeth with him looking at the camera and saying “She took it like a champ.” Others I have never associated with or seen before saying things like “Thank you”. Many saying, “She loves you man.” So much more will come to light at the trial I am sure since I was kept in the dark during the rapes and after my attempted murder. I had to be avoided and lied to as well as about to help cover up such a brutal series of crimes.

These serious of rapes were filmed with the cellphone camera and at least one other camera in the possession of Paul Rodriguez that I am aware of, their may be others. The assailants lied to Elizabeth by telling her that the camera belonged to me, in line with Mark Geary’s  inspiration from the strip search phone call scam. (He probably saw it on an armed forces network program as well which could be correlated if the military cared to investigate its own war crimes. They don’t.) . When the manipulation was revealed to Elizabeth and I in the key control room, the rapists laughed about it and lowered thier heads.

Marcus also revealed to me, “She’s done this sort of thing before.” In an effort to justify his actions during the argument in key control.

At the height of the argument over the situation, the assailants trapped Kavin against his will in the key control room. Mark Geary twisted my left arm, threatening to break it. Nathan Pinner was holding Elizabeth Walker back by her arms while she screamed at Geary, “You’re hurting him!” Pinner’s restraining hold on Elizabeth bruised her arms severely. I was extremely distraught over the maddening situation and in a state of shock, turned around against my own arm. I screamed at Mark Geary, “Break my arm! Do you need help to break it?!” I then struck my own arm with my free hand and continued, “Then I can tell medical why you broke it!”

It goes without saying that Mark Geary’s was torturing me because he was trying to force me to relinquish my cellphone that I had in my pocket. Geary wanted my cellphone because it contained evidence of all the unusual sexual assaults against Elizabeth Walker. When it became clear to Geary that I was not going to give up my cellphone because I intended to report the crimes no matter what, violence escalated. Mark Geary put me in a wrestling hold that involved binding my arms, shoving his hands under my ribs, and lifting me upwards. Geary continued lifting me until I felt my heart stop, which caused me to become deadweight and collapse. As my vision became black from the edges inward I saw the cowardly panic on their faces.

Those involved panicked at this point in these series of cruel and unusual crimes. At some point, I was resuscitated by Elizabeth Walker. I know this because she would try and tell me about it later. Higher ranked individuals would also become involved around this time: first class petty officers Anderson and Delicruse, Chief San Pedro, and the officer in charge of Supply Department 5 at the time, Matthew Kremer. Others were involved and made aware of the incident at varying periods of time. No medical emergency was called, and my cell phone was removed from my catatonic body in order to attempt an elimination of the evidence on it.
The phone is a relevant piece of evidence because it was taken from me under false pretenses and then returned under the possible impression that I would either approve of the assailants’ crimes or be too powerless to do anything about their crimes. They will have to explain the nature of their cruel and unusual behavior. The phone was even returned to me as I believe, a final statement of the power they believed they had. Again they will have to ultimately explain this clearly criminal behavior.

I recovered as much as I could on my own and isolated but continued to suffer from trauma that was used and manipulated mockingly even by military personal who were fully aware of the crimes. Threats and mocking insults would continue to be directed at me in the hopes of his using my trauma or terrifying me into compliance. The most common being things like, “he’s crazy, he’s lying,” or just walking away like the didn’t hear me. You don’t remember details, seek to gather evidence, name witnesses, talk to law enforcement personal even though they are corrupt, and be completely willing to testify in a court while every criminal is not willing to do any of this and expect a lie of this magnitude to hold. That’s because it is not a lie.  At least one other video of the act was in the possession of Paul Rodriguez, who showed others that can be identified and brought forward as witnesses. Many others were made aware of the act threw various medians. I attempted to report these incidents to ship’s security but was intimidated and threatened with prison time for yelling threats at the rapists, you know men who used me to rape and tried to murder me. Guess I should take their fillings into account. The security petty officer that I reported to made it clear that he was friends with Delicruze.
