This page will pertain to the continuing efforts of these violent criminals. Efforts made possible by a corrupt military justice system that choose not to uphold the law it professes. On this page I will make an effort to simply expose criminal incitement that adds to the compounding evidence that supports the obvious validity of my claims.
I will now engage in a critical review of this effort in solicitation to commit crime. Solicitation committed by an individual already connected to one incidence of attempted murder on my person.
First she writes, “I want everyone to know there is a traitor in our Kitty Hawk community.” She presents the greater whole of her fallacies argument as an argument from authority. It goes without saying that she has no expertise or authority in the matters she brings forward but more reveling throughout her incitement is a clear unwillingness to seek efforts of legitimate authority while encouraging sentiments of illegitimate actions, or illegal actions. Not wishing to commit ad hominem myself I will try to stick to the relevance behind the lies of this criminal, but it will be difficult if possible at all. Because when you seek to expose the argument of a criminal you will expose the nature of that criminal in the process. Something she has failed to learn, to her inevitable legal detriment. Proclaiming a traitor in a veterans community when you have no legal authority to charge anyone with treason is telling. It is also insulting to the veteran community, as it presupposes a violent community that acts outside the law to rush off at any unlawful claim to do violence. Yelling “bomb” or “fire” from a safe position in a crowded theater can get you in trouble if your purposely lying, willfully intending to do harm. Traitor is another epithet such as crazy, liar, and creep that detract from the mounting preponderance of the evidence which is bringing to light the truth of the crimes I have been trying to expose for years. I have written enough on her obvious opening expressions like; “I want everyone to know”, “traitor”, and “our Kitty Hawk community”, she clearly professes an explicit intent of incitement.
Secondly she writes, “Kavin Wells Rawlinson, feel free to look him up.” That is quite telling as well as unsettling coming from someone who was present during a violent attempt on my life and choose to aid the attempted murders after the fact, attempted murders who were also violent rapists. This is clearly a level of incitement on her part to intimidate me and get others to do violence for her while distancing herself from any responsibility. I have never encouraged anyone not authorized to approach these criminals in any manner. In fact I advise against it. I encourage people to get away from them. They are dangerous. They tried to murder me to help themselves get away with cruel and usual sex crimes, then they celebrated those crimes in my presence thanks to the help of corrupt supporters. Protect yourselves if you must, if there is an immediate threat, but I advise anyone to separate themselves from these violent criminals as soon as they are able. These people are criminals that have been lying for years and profiting from their crimes, they are not likely to come forward to all the people they have entrapped within their lives while they have been permitted to walk free by a corrupt ineffective justice system. Anyone who is unwilling to look at these facts objectively and chooses to remain in the company of these criminals is taking a dangerous risk. If my life and human rights can be worth so little to these criminals then all they need is their own twisted reasoning to devalue anyone else’s if they see a benefit. This is a complicated case made worse by corruption and continual criminal efforts, like this incitement.
Third, she writes, “He has been spending his time coming up with stories about members that are a 100% false.” This seems to be a grasping at straws. The percentile reference stands out and seems unnecessary. It continues with an, us against him argument and claims my attempts to expose cruel and usual crimes are “stores.” While I know of no exact precedence to the serious of violent crimes I was a victim of , there have been similar ones. I don’t imagine my efforts are that far fetched under the circumstances. People have survived violent crimes and fought corrupt systems before. Then Elizabeth writes “From 2002- and on.” It is confusing where she got these dates. She may be implying the whole time I was in the military I do not know. She goes on to write, “Please be advised of the content of his page. It’s graphic. Yet a 100% false.” Again with the percentiles. Yes, descriptions of violent crime are graphic. Its violent crime. Watching me get tortured by people who sexually assaulted you and then siding with those people to conceal crimes is shocking behavior. Next she writes, “I hope he seeks help as I will be seeking legal action.” Why would she just not seek legal action and leave everyone else on the veterans page out of it? She chose to make these matters public on the veterans social page. She chose to engage in incitement. To seek social support and engage group think in order to aid her in concealing brutal crimes. Group think helping to justifying criminal conspiracy is what saved her from being prosecuted in the past, so it stands to reason she would turn to it again. I doubt she truly hopes that I seek any kind of help. My seeking help in the form of legal advice from lawyers and writing so my story doesn’t potentially die with me has been the very thing that has forced her hand. I have been waiting for this legal action of hers and welcome it while I will continue to conduct mine. This statement is ultimately ridiculous. She is not vested in my getting help, the truth, or a legal approach to this case. She is vested in the continuation of getting away with her crimes.
Next she writes, “Thank you crew for reading.” People on this social site just happen to have served aboard the same ship at different times and in different capacities with different experiences. They are not a collective crew in the nautical sense. Now as a body or class of people who work at the common activity of engaging in your incitement then you want them to be your crew in that sense. She goes on to write, “UPDATE****08/02/2016 Spoke to an NCIS agent. This creep is allowed to post whatever he wants. He explained to me it is unfair however it’s a civil matter.” I am not going to speculate as to the nature of this alleged conversation. I doubt she informed the N.C.I.S agent about her crimes. While a deformation law suit may be a civil matter, attempted murder, forced prostitution, and criminal conspiracy are not. Incitement as it pertains to criminal syndicalism is also not a civil matter. Finally she writes, “So if he kills one of us, will they take it seriously than?” This is an dangerous area of her incitement. The use of the us links her not just to those who committed crimes with her but the veterans social page as a whole. Which was her intent for the purpose of incitement. As for my resorting to vigilantism. I have a long record of trying legal and personal means rather than violence since her brutally violent crimes were committed against me and permitted to go unpunished. Hypocrisy for her to write of my killing someone when she witnessed my violent attempted murder and chose to aid the perpetrators. All of my acts have been in response to those initial crimes of violence against my person and the subsequent corruption that let to the celebration rather than prosecution of those violent crimes.
Now I will move on to the supporting efforts of incitement by those solicited by Elizabeth. This will help to highlight the severity of the problem of dangerous behavior in the light of potentially supporting heinous crimes. Blake Robicheaux begins with, ” Wow. That’s some crazy shit. Is he making it all up to get back at people.” This begins with the assumption that what I wrote in my blog was fictional. It dismisses the possibility that I am the honest party in an objective manner. The term crazy is used again in an attempt to dismiss a complicated criminal matter rather than addressing the facts in a reasoned manner. It has already been stated and is common knowledge at this point that non mental health professionals making generalized statements about individuals who are bringing to light the degree of corruption surrounding violent sex crimes in the military as a means of dismissing those individuals is a common phenomenon. Elizabeth replies to this leading the witness question, “That would be my assumption. We did hang out a couple of times but he was really creepy from what I remember.” This is clearly an attempted insulting character assassination. Another common tactic that detracts from proper procedure. Something more about this written statement of hers is that there are records of our working status while volunteers in the military. She also wrote an elaborate blog about me, strange for some one who uses a statement like “from what I remember,” When you go and write a blog that details easily disprovable lies. Blake Robicheaux then writes, “Yeah you should defiantly take legal action.” This is a reasonable statement on Blake’s part. She won’t and has never had any intention to however. She is certainty lacking in intelligence but I do not believe she would risk the truth being exposed. She will rely on anything trivial she feels she can control or dismiss in a kind of desperate criminal delusion but an actual legal proceeding with witnesses, evidence, and cross examination would be the inevitable end for her. She engages in deflection and emotional manipulation as she states, “What’s sad is all the good people he is slandering. Good and honest people. I remember my time on the Kitty Hawk to be a wonderful time and I never would have imagined anything like this would happen for myself or any of former crew members.” First I think it would qualify as libel and not slander since I have put it into written form. She engages in inclusive flattering statements directed toward those she seeks to solicit in her criminal incitement that doesn’t address the legal discussion in the previous statement. Next statement is, “Granted it wasn’t like a birthday party I mean we were on an aircraft carrier but you know what I’m saying it wasn’t like my life is tragic on board you know?” This is a convoluted statement. You know. You know. No people do not know, that’s why you have to explain yourself. After you fail to explain yourself you can’t just say, you know to the person you failed to explain yourself too and expect that to be good enough. But this is why she resorts to things like incitement and group think. The birthday party statement is irrelevant nonsense and yes the people in the veterans social page were on the same carrier, that’s the point of the social page. They were on at different times under different circumstances but all were beholden to the law and basic human rights. They are not obligated to help criminals acting outside the posited laws. On the contrary they are obliged to do everything to uphold law for their own benefit. It has been proven that some do help in criminal acts, so her soliciting incitement on a military veterans page is not entirely unreasonable.

Cristopher W Thomas’ comment is pointless, recounting the ships broadcast of a Captain that choose not to care about torture and force prostitution aboard his ship when it was brought to his attention. I will also take this moment to express the fact that Mr. Cristopher W Thomas has messaged me on my private internet social page. With “You’re a piece of shit, you probably thrive on the thought of being rape fuck you & die.” I find this stupid, pointless, and cruel. I am trying to report a cruel serious of unusual rapes that I was tortured and almost murdered for that no one wants to do anything about. Because in part, of people like Cristopher W Thomas.
Mike Norman advises something that would have been wiser on the part of the criminal interests of Elizabeth Ann Walker. However it’s to late for that. Elizabeth then go’s on to state something insanely outrageous which shows the degree of her criminal psychology. She states, ” That would be a good a thing if I could. But there are good men being accused of rape.” Holy shit. Good men. Nathan Pinner bruised your arms holding you back while Marcus crushed my heart from under my ribs. Good men! You Elizabeth Ann Walker are a monster beyond the grace of God. Christopher W Thomas then incites Mike Norman with his shipmate comment. Mike Norman then writes, “He’s in our group..? What state is he in I can make his life no more.” Threatening to end my life when his is in no danger. For trying to report a horrendous crime no one wants to believe. Elizabeth then makes her flattering appeal statement to those she is seeking to incite. Casey Lindbeck a sailor that had the same rate as me and worked in at lest one of the same divisions as me makes a comment; “Yeah I worked with him, some of my best friends in the navy are Pinner. This shit is nuts.” His friendship with one of the criminals is irrelevant unless he has some information connected with the crimes. Elizabeth go’s on to write that she does not want any drama but that I need to be stopped. You brought up this matter Elizabeth and you have encouraged it all, you sucked people into helping you with covering up your crimes. Then she has the audacity to ask for legal help she will never pursue. Also, all military legal offices are willing to talk to you. Whether or not they take your case is another matter. Miyon Yahee Kelly Sr. makes an irrelevant statement. My only malfunction as it is put in his statement, is being the victim of U.S. military crime no one wants to investigate properly. Robert Seay go’s on to make an ignorant statement were he even admits to not reading everything within my blog before passing an unqualified judgment. Robert Seay goes on to write.
